New equipment added to EAVES. 2023 Dodge Durango which replaced our 2008 Dodge Durango. We also added another rig to our fleet increasing our Ambulance count to 5. A5 is a 2023 Ford E450 with our first Stryker Auto loader stretcher.

EAVES wishes to thank Senator DeFrancisco for obtaining $50,000, The Central New York Community Foundation for $25,000, The Reisman Foundation for $20,000, and Bristol Myers Squibb for $5,000 in funding towards the construction of a new facility.

It is with a great deal of sadness that we announce the passing of one of our founding members. Ron Russell Jr. was instrumental in the formation of our organization in 1973. His many years of public service and dedication to the East Syracuse community will never be forgotten.

Once again EAVES provided the EMS coverage for the ESFD Annual Burn Run held on Sunday November 11, 2012. All 3 ambulances were placed in service with Paramedics, an ALS Squad, and BLS bike team roamed the course in the event of an emergency.
