On August 23, 2011 EAVES Ambulance was requested under the NYS mobilization plan to assist in Schoharie County NY with an ALS Ambulance. After reporting to the county fairgrounds in Cobleskill, NY EAVES was assigned to provide EMS and follow the Pennsylvania TF 1 USAR team searching door to door for residents. On the second 24 hour assignement, we were assigned to the Town of Blenheim and stationed at their firehouse providing EMS to the community. EAVES stayed and assisted for a total of 96 hours in Schoharie County.
